- Finalized optimal motor and battery specs & achieved target speed of 25 km/hr
- Developed the first ABS plastic prototype and started developing a universal clamping mechanism
- Built second prototype: HOOKDaily sheet-metal model
- Finalised the universal clamps after multiple iterations and filed our first patent
- Won prestigious HBNCRIIA innovation award

- Opened first corporate office/workshop
- Completed pre-production prototype in FRP model name TBD
- Filed 2nd patent
- Conducted rigorous small-batch market testing & achieved the desired 40-50 km range
- Launch.
- Identified market gaps: expensive, complicated installation, gig workers facing difficulty delivering on bicycles
- Ideated tool-free, quick-installation e-bike retrofit kit concept to boost analog bicycles
- Built test bench, began electronics testing
- Received the Nidhi Prayas Grant from the Government
